Below are the Board’s currently proposed regulatory actions with links to individual documents including proposed text, initial statement of reasons, and notice of proposed action. For an overview of the regulatory process, please visit the Office of Administrative Law’s website.

The Board welcomes any comments relating to the proposed regulatory actions. Written comments, including those sent by mail or e-mail to the addresses listed below, must be received no later than the date and time stated in each notice. Additionally, the Board holds public meetings in which a proposed regulatory action may be discussed as an agenda item.
